Return & Refund Policy – Prestige Authentic

We want you to feel confident shopping with us.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused
• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Item must be in original packaging
• All tags must be attached
• Proof of purchase required

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Underwear / intimate items
• Items marked “Non-Returnable”
• Products damaged by misuse
• Items returned without approval


3. Return Request Process

To start a return, email:

Include:
• Full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if damaged or defective)

Returns must be approved before shipping.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrect item received

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will provide a replacement or full refund.


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refund issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

• Check your bank account
• Contact your credit card provider
• Then contact us


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, return the original and place a new order.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
