Shipping Policy – Prestige Authentic

Prestige Authentic partners with international manufacturers and logistics providers to deliver high-quality fashion products worldwide.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

United States: 7–12 business days
Canada & UK: 8–14 business days
Europe: 8–15 business days
Australia & NZ: 10–16 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Possible delays may occur due to:
• Carrier delays
• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• High seasonal demand
• Incorrect shipping details

Prestige Authentic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Promotions offering Free Shipping apply only when advertised.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24–72 hours.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear while the package is in transit between international facilities.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them.


6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders:
• Delivered to incorrect addresses
• Returned due to address errors
• Refused at delivery

Reshipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:

• Contact the carrier first
• Then contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will assist with a claim when possible.

Prestige Authentic is not liable for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouses.
